In North Carolina, your restaurant or food service establishment can get a 2 point
bonus on its next health inspection grade when you or one of your full time employees
completes 12 hours training (with certificate of hours completed) and passes the
ServSafe® Food Protection Manager exam!
AllServ Food Safety Training holds ServSafe® classesin NC that meet those requirements.
(*Note: NC requires recertification every three years and verification of your hours
of training by a certified instructor.)
Allserv Food Safety Training offers 12 hour training classes from a certified
NRAEF ServSafe® instructor. These classes meet the North Carolina requirements that
when combined with a valid ServSafe® certificate, establishments are eligible to
receive 2 bonus points on their posted Health Department inspection score.
At the completion of the class a certified NRAEF ServSafe® Exam Proctor will
administer the ServSafe® food safety test. A ServSafe® Essentials 5th edition book
and official answer sheet are required for each student in the class.
