North Carolina and ServSafe

In North Carolina, your restaurant or food service establishment can get a 2 point bonus on its next health inspection grade when you or one of your full time employees completes 12 hours training (with certificate of hours completed) and passes the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager exam!

AllServ Food Safety Training holds ServSafe® classes in NC that meet those requirements.

(*Note: NC requires recertification every three years and verification of your hours of training by a certified instructor.)

Allserv Food Safety Training offers 12 hour training classes from a certified NRAEF ServSafe® instructor. These classes meet the North Carolina requirements that when combined with a valid ServSafe® certificate, establishments are eligible to receive 2 bonus points on their posted Health Department inspection score.

At the completion of the class a certified NRAEF ServSafe® Exam Proctor will administer the ServSafe® food safety test.  A ServSafe® Essentials 5th edition book and official answer sheet are required for each student in the class.
